Django 模型基类：统一审计字段，不隐藏领域语义

抽象基类可以减少每张表重复声明时间戳和软删除字段。

订单状态、权限范围、库存和金额是领域概念，不能被通用基类模糊掉。删除策略也应按模型分别设计。
