应用上下文承载配置和扩展，请求上下文承载当前请求。数据库会话、trace id 等请求级资源不应成为跨请求的全局可变状态。

before/after/teardown hooks 适合通用横切逻辑；核心业务判断仍放在显式服务函数中。清理函数必须能在异常路径运行，且不能吞掉原始异常。
