SQLAlchemy 新增记录：对象写入与测试数据边界

新增 ORM 对象后，要在明确的事务边界中提交。示例数据使用 example.test 这类保留域名和不可用密码，不复制真实邮箱、账号或凭据。
with Session(engine) as session, session.begin():
user = User(email="[email protected]")
session.add(user)
数据库密码必须先经过专用哈希函数处理；测试密码也不应被当成真实认证方案。示例的目标是说明数据关系，不是保存可用账户。
